These terms cover this website. Work we deliver under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement — see client work is governed by contract. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Who these terms are with
This website is published by Vknowlabs, an enterprise technology company working in workflow automation, AI, document intelligence and application engineering. "We" and "us" mean Vknowlabs; "you" means anyone using the site.
Accepting these terms
Using this website means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this website is
The site describes what Vknowlabs does and what our products — A8 Studio, A8 Flow, A8 Solo, A8 Chat and our document intelligence work — are for. It is general information about our capabilities, published so that a prospective client can decide whether to start a conversation.
It is not an offer, a quotation, a specification or professional advice, and nothing on it forms a contract or commits us to deliver anything. Every engagement starts with a scope we agree in writing with you.
Using the site
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain access to parts of it that are not public, probe it for weaknesses, or harvest it with automated tools. Do not use the contact form to send unsolicited marketing, malicious content, or anything you have no right to send us.
If you believe you have found a security problem with this website, we would rather hear about it than not: write to us at the address in the contact section below.
Enquiries and demo requests
The demo form is the one place this site accepts information from you. Please make sure what you send is accurate and that you are entitled to send it — in particular, keep other people’s personal details, your customers’ records and anything your organisation treats as confidential out of a web form. If we need that detail to help you, we will agree in writing how to share it properly.
Sending an enquiry does not create a business relationship or oblige either of us to enter one. We may decline an enquiry.
Intellectual property
Unless something on the site says otherwise, the text, design, graphics, diagrams, imagery and code on this website belong to Vknowlabs or are used with permission. You may read the site, link to it, and share individual pages. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use its content commercially without our written permission.
The Vknowlabs name and mark, and the product names A8 Studio, A8 Flow, A8 Solo and A8 Chat, are ours. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use them.
Third-party names and links
Other companies’ names, products and marks that appear on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe integrations, platforms or context — never to imply a partnership or endorsement that does not exist.
Where we link to a website we do not run, the link is a reference. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Availability and accuracy
We do not promise that this website will be available without interruption, or that it will be free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.

Client work is governed by contract
These terms cover the website. Work we do for a client — implementation, integration, support, anything delivered under a statement of work — is governed by the agreement signed for it, including its own terms on confidentiality, data protection, service levels, warranties and liability.
Where anything on this website differs from that signed agreement, the agreement governs. Nothing published here varies it.
Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of any kind in relation to the site, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Vknowlabs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, and indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits liability under a signed client agreement, which sets its own terms.
